How can I resolve issues with inaccurate temperature and humidity readings?
How can I resolve issues with inaccurate temperature and humidity readings?
Since the temperature and humidity sensors are located inside the unit, internal heat buildup occurs over time after the device is powered on. The device uses built-in algorithms to adjust for this internal temperature rise and provide accurate readings. Therefore, we recommend checking the temperature and humidity values 10 minutes after powering on the device. If the readings still show significant discrepancies after 10 minutes, please contact us at support@lsenlty.com, and we will provide prompt assistance.
